Day 1

Mumbai, Gujarat

Arrive at Mumbai airport and will be transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay

Day 2

Mumbai

After breakfast, head out on a fun tour of Mumbai. Once just a bunch of islands, Mumbai is now India’s busy money center. Start by checking out the famous Gateway of India and the cool Prince of Wales Museum. Then, take a stroll through the Hanging Gardens and see the big Victoria Rail Terminus. Drive along Marine Drive for some nice views. End your day at lively Chowpatty Beach, full of energy and fun. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3

Mumbai – Ahmedabad (Flight)

Morning, after breakfast, transfer to Mumbai Domestic Airport for your flight to Ahmedabad. Upon arrival in Ahmedabad, you’ll be greeted warmly and taken to your hotel. Check-in and relax. In the afternoon, go on a half-day city tour. Visit the historical Sidi Saiyyed Mosque, built by Sidi Saiyed in 1573. Marvel at the exquisite Hathee Singh Jain Temple, crafted from intricate white marble. Explore the peaceful Gandhi Ashram and admire the intricate architecture of Adalaj Step Well, built by Queen Rudabai. Enjoy an overnight stay in Ahmedabad.

Day 4

Ahmedabad – Posina

After breakfast, in the morning, explore the renowned Calico Museum of Textiles, home to an exceptional array of antique and contemporary Indian textiles. Following this, embark on a scenic drive to Darbargadh Poshina. Enjoy an overnight stay at the picturesque heritage hotel, Darbargadh Poshina.

Day 5

Poshina

In the morning, explore the tribal villages surrounding Poshina. This area is known for its Garacia tribal community, as well as Bhil and Rajasthani rabaries near Ambaji. Ambaji is home to the temple of mother goddess Amba. In the afternoon, after 3pm, continue your visit to the tribal villages. Enjoy an overnight stay at the Darbargadh Poshina hotel.

Day 6

Poshina – Patan – Modhera – Bajana

After breakfast, set out on a drive to Bajana. During the journey, make stops to visit the renowned Patan Patola Weaving center, famous for its silk saris, and the impressive Modhera step well, recognized globally as a sun temple. Then, continue your journey to Bajana. Spend the night at the Royal Safari Camp in Bajana.

Day 7

Bajana & Little Rann of Kutch

After breakfast, set out in the morning to explore the Little Rann of Kutch. Here, you’ll encounter a diverse range of bird species including flamingos, ducks, and cranes, as well as glimpses of Asiatic wild asses and blue bulls. Later in the evening, enjoy a village safari to engage with the Bharwad and Rabari Tribes. Conclude your day with dinner and an overnight stay at Rann Riders.

Day 8

Bajana – Bhuj

In the early morning, depart for Bhuj. Later in the evening, explore the market area of Bhuj and visit the Foreign Registration office to obtain a permit for visiting the Banni Tribal area. Spend the night in Bhuj.

Day 9

Bhuj – Banni – Bhuj

Explore the Banni villages on an excursion, encountering diverse communities including Jat, Harijan, Meghawal, and Mutva. Visit villages like Hodka, Ludiya, and Dhordo to experience their unique cultures. Note that photographing Jats is generally not permitted. Ensure to carry packed lunch and an ample water supply as amenities are limited in these remote areas, with only tea available. Return to Bhuj for an overnight stay.

Day 10

Bhuj – Mandvi – Bhuj

Begin your day with an excursion to Bhujodi village before heading to Mandvi. Explore the Rabari village near Tunda Wandh, and don’t miss the chance to visit the beaches and palace in Mandvi. Enjoy dining at the Gujarat Tourism restaurant on the beach or near Vijay Vilas Palace. Retire for the night in Bhuj.

Bhuj

In the morning, explore the local sights of Bhuj with a city tour, which may include visits to Aina Mahal and Prag Mahal. Alternatively, embark on an excursion to Dholavira, an ancient site showcasing the Harappa civilization. Spend the night in Bhuj

Day 12

Bhuj – Mumbai – Abroad

Transfer to Bhuj Airport for your flight to Mumbai. Upon arrival in Mumbai, proceed to Mumbai International Airport for your onward flight.
